Tomorrow, Penguin in collaboration with the McGrath Foundation will release twelve Popular Penguin books – in pink. $1 from each sale goes towards funding McGrath Breast Cancer Nurses across Australia. Not only is this an excellent cause, but there’s great stories to be had inside these pretty pink covers!

The titles are:
- Love in a Cold Climate – Nancy Mitford
- Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – Lewis Carroll
- The Great Gatsby – F. Scott Fitzgerald
- Madame Bovary – Gustave Flaubert
- The Alphabet Sisters – Monica McInerney
- Perfume – Patrick Suskind
- Pride and Prejudice – Jane Austen
- Room of One’s Own – Virginia Woolf
- Wuthering Heights – Emily Bronte
- A Spy in the House of Love – Anais Nin
- Jane Eyre – Charlotte Bronte
- Breakfast at Tiffany’s – Truman Capote
Each book RRP’s is $9.95. I’ve been trying to track these down early today with no success, so I’ll be out early to pick some up tomorrow!
I love the colour. Much prettier than orange.
Can’t put them next to the orange though – bit of a colour clash
I hope they’ll do the same in the UK at some point – they’re really pretty!
They’re already being reprinted here, so there’s hope!
