Mailbox Monday and What I’m Reading: 17/12/18

Last week was busy everywhere – roads, shops etc. I read a great book (A Well-Behaved Woman by Therese Anne Fowler) and fought the Christmas crowds to grab some more!

Troll Hunting by Ginger Gorman (February 2019 release) was a prize from Hardie Grant. It’s non-fiction where Ginger Gorman explores the world of online trolls after being trolled herself.

When Life Gives You Lululemons by Lauren Weisberger brings back Emily of The Devil Wears Prada fame. Now Emily is successful on her own merits, but business is falling. She just needs one major client and that client is newly dumped model Karolina. She and friend Miriam will fight to get Karolina’s son back, then extract revenge.

Boy Swallows Universe by Trent Dalton is on many bestseller lists, and I’ve had it recommended to me so many times that I had to buy it. Eli is trying to grow up and be good amongst a family of criminals. He’s just trying to do the best he can, but life is about to become more complex with his family and falling in love.

If you want to look at other books received this week across the globe, drop by the Mailbox Monday blog for links to everyone’s mailbox goodies.
