Mailbox Monday and What I’m Reading: 6/3/23

It’s been hectic this week – I barely know what’s going on (I even managed to sleep through a thunderstorm). Hoping to sneak in some time to read this week.

Go as a River by Shelley Read (available tomorrow) arrived with thanks to Penguin. Victoria meets a stranger on her way to town and follows his advice, changing her life for good.

The Rush by Michelle Prak (available 3rd May) arrived from Simon & Schuster. Set amongst torrential rain, multiple women have choices to make. Does Quinn stop to help the body she sees on the road? Should Andrea let the biker inside to avoid the storm? And what of the backpackers unprepared for the weather?

Prettier if She Smiled More by Toni Jordan (available 29th March) was from Hachette. Kylie has better things to do than smiling – she’s got to keep things under control. But when her mother breaks an ankle and Kylie moves back home, Kylie’s life starts to unravel…

To see other books received or bought this week across the world, drop by the Mailbox Monday blog for links to everyone’s mailbox goodies.

It’s Monday! What are you reading? is hosted by Book Date.
