Mailbox Monday and What I’m Reading: 20/3/23

It was a better reading read last week, and a better one for parcels too. Here’s what arrived:

The Money Club by Fiona Lowe (available 3rd May) was a surprise from Harlequin. Izzy is ready to break up with her fiancé Brad, but he never returns home. Suddenly, everyone is on the hunt for Brad as it is revealed he’s a con man…

Looking Out For Love by Sophia Money-Coutts starts with Stella down on her luck. But that changes when everything starts falling into place, including potentially ‘The One’. But maybe she’s been looking in the wrong places when it turns out things are not that straightforward…

Never Never by Colleen Hoover and Tarryn Fisher is about forever best friends Charlie and Silas who have now lost every memory they had together. Now they must work to recover those memories – but it seems like being together wasn’t such a good idea in the first place…

It’s Monday! What are you reading? is hosted by Book Date.

What I read last week:

Writing from Ukraine edited by Mark Andryczyk

Go As a River by Shelley Read

What I’m reading at the moment:

Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver

Quantum Bullsh*t: How to Ruin Your Life with Advice from Quantum Physics by Chris Ferrie

What I’ll be reading next:

Maybe another Women’s Prize for Fiction longlisted novel.

  1. Fiona Lowe is my favourite Australian author, love her books. I got a Kindle copy from NG, but how lovely to get a actual paperback. Hope we love it.
